ET SLOVAKIA offers service - “car pawnshop”. It is a form of short
term loan for several weeks /max.4/ for natural and legal persons as a help
during the difficult financial situation.
After paying the interest from the borrowed money, it is possible to prolong
the term.
What you need:
vehicle /made in 1985 up/
registration documents (so-called big registration book)
certificate of registration
certificate of STK (technical inspection)
mandate for lien right (in writing on the document by our
company), verified by the lawyer
small trade businessmen and companies –Trade certificate
or extract from the Commercial register
/not older than 3 months/
Other conditions:
the vehicle has to be owned solely by the customer, it
has to be operational
no other lien can be bound to it, for example:
leasing, blocking from the traffic inspectorate, blocking by the tax bureau
or the executor.
Throughout the loan/lien the vehicle together with
the documents stays in the pawn shop. The borrowed sum of money can be maximum
of 50 - 60% from the commercial price of the vehicle. Depositor is allowed to
return the borrowed money before the given date. Interest is counted for every
started week. More details are shown in the pignorative contract. When meeting
the basic requirements for gaining the loan, it can be done within 15 minutes.
